Most traders carry hundreds of commodities. We chose four — macadamia, pine nuts, Brazil nuts and pecans — because they are among the most difficult to grow, gather and grade, and the most rewarding when done right.
That focus lets us know every origin intimately: its seasons, its risks, its finest producers. It allows us to write specifications that are genuinely enforced, and to give our partners something rare in agricultural supply — certainty.
We serve the confectioners, retailers, manufacturers and hospitality groups for whom the ingredient is the brand. Our role is simple: make sure they never have to think about it.
