The story

Seven years to the first harvest.

A macadamia tree takes up to seven years to bear its first meaningful crop, and its nuts hide inside one of the hardest shells in the plant kingdom. That patience is precisely what makes the kernel so extraordinary: up to three-quarters natural oil, most of it heart-friendly monounsaturated fat, giving a texture no other nut can imitate.

We source from growers across the subtropical belts of Australia, South Africa and Kenya — balancing hemispheres and seasons so our partners enjoy continuity of supply, consistent styles and the creamy, pale kernel that defines premium macadamia.
