Quality & Process

Perfection is a process.

Luck plays no part in a consistent kernel. Six disciplines, applied lot after lot, are what allow our partners to build their brands on our harvest.

01

Origin partnerships

We work with established growers, processors and wild-collection networks in each species' finest regions — relationships that give us first access to the best lots.

02

Pre-shipment selection

Samples are evaluated for size, colour, moisture, kernel defects and flavour before any lot is approved for an Orvion contract.

03

Grading & sorting

Lots are sized and sorted to recognised international styles and grades, with tolerances written into every specification sheet.

04

Testing

Moisture, aflatoxin and microbiological parameters are verified through accredited laboratories, with certificates of analysis available for every lot.

05

Packing & preservation

Vacuum-packed or nitrogen-flushed in food-grade cartons under an FSSAI-licensed packer, then held cool and dry to protect delicate natural oils.

06

Documented delivery

Commercial, phytosanitary and origin documentation prepared with every consignment — and a single trade desk accountable from contract to delivery.

Our commitments

Three promises behind every carton.

Food safety

Packed under a valid FSSAI licence and handled to the hygiene conditions it requires — with contaminant testing on every lot.

Traceability

Every carton carries a lot code that links back to origin, grade, test results and packing date.

Specification

Written specifications for size, moisture and defects — agreed before you commit, honoured on every delivery.

Compliance

Packed under licence.

Orvion products are packed by our licensed packing partner. Licence details are printed on every pack and available for verification on the FSSAI FoSCoS portal.
